  1. PAY FIRST! I only accept full payment. I will start doing it once you have made the payment.

  2. For international clients, payments are processed through PayPal (invoice) (preferred) & Ko-Fi in USD.

  3. For Malaysian clients, payments can be made using online banking (preferred) & Touch n Go in MYR.

  4. Note that you need to provide me with reference(s) for your request beforehand.

  5. I CAN DECLINE if the character/request was difficult for me to draw or if your request doesn't meet my guidelines.

  6. NO DEADLINE. I don't want to rush the work. However, I will try my best to finish as soon as possible, unless I have to urgently delay it for an emergency or personal issues.

  7. It might take several weeks or months to complete.

  8. You can order a maximum of 2 per slot. It is, however, negotiable if you want to order more than 2.

  9. NO REFUND unless I am facing unavoidable difficulties.

  10. Major changes, such as changing pose, can be done on the sketching stage only.

  11. For Skeb-like and Suprise-me, there are no revisions. You will receive only the final artwork. Please provide me clear references of your character.
